What attracted you to studying Agribusiness at The University of Adelaide?
The University of Adelaide has an excellent reputation for food, wine and agricultural business studies. The opportunity to learn from lecturers who are recognised around the World for their work is fantastic. I have also completed a vintage at a winery in the Adelaide Hills, and this has motivated me to pursue a career, and possibly research, in agricultural business and wine.

What have you/did you enjoy about the program?
I have now completed one year and have been very impressed with the lecturers and breadth of knowledge that we are covering. The material is very interesting and thought provoking and is preparing us to be leaders and managers in the complex agricultural business world. It has helped me understand not only the agriculture industry and the challenges it faces here in Australia, but the broader economic, international trade and business issues that affect agriculture worldwide, and ultimately impact upon how we use the finite resources available to us. The opportunity to learn how interdependent world trade is and the role of the World Trade Organisation and the United Nations is also fantastic and very useful.

What are your future plans after or now that you have completed the program?
I would like to gain experience in agricultural business, international trade and complete a vintage at a winery in France. I would then aim to establish my own business and possibly pursue research options in the future.
