Incident Reporting
On becoming aware of a hazardous situation; or a potential source of danger; or following an incident/injury: take the necessary action to protect yourself and/or others; then report the matter to:
- Your Manager/Supervisor; or
- Health and Safety Officer; or
- HSW Division/Faculty Manager
as soon as possible and complete an Accident/Incident Report Form (Yellow Card)
First Aid
The School of Agriculture, Food & Wine has appointed First Aid Officers in accordance with the Approved Code of Practice for Occupational Health and First Aid in the Workplace who are available to render first aid.
First Aid kits and various modules have been made available in all workplaces.
