Insect Behaviour & Biology
This research group is head by Dr
Michael Keller
The Insect Behaviour and Biological Control Group is engaged in research on
the behaviour and ecology of insects and related organisms, and their use in the
biological control of insects, mites and weeds. Special attention is given to
the study of parasitic and predatory insects. In addition, the group is developing
ways to use native blue-banded bees for pollination of tomatoes in greenhouses.
