Nursery Technical Officer Private Industry Viticulture or related discipline Maintain and enhance clonal research and development program as well as varietal propagation initiatives; requires knowledge of plant propagation & clonal developments; communication skills
Technical Supervisor Private Industry Viticulture, Agriculture or Horticulture Ensuring vineyard work programs implemented; supervise employees and contractors; involvement in budgetary forecasting & specialised accounts
Regional Viticulture Development Officer Private Industry Viticulture Deliver diverse range of viticultural projects, workshops and services to regional wine growers; develop future programs; require organisational skills, communication skills
Vineyard Assistant Manager Private Industry Viticulture Assist with daily operations of vineyard; knowledge of annual vineyard cycle; experience in machinery management, contractor supervision, crop monitoring and irrigation operations
Vineyard Supervisor Private Industry Viticulture Experience in all facets of vineyard operations
Technical Officer – plant physiology Government Tertiary degree Provide technical assistance to research group looking at aspects of grapevines and irrigation management; experience in use of analytical techniques (HPLC, gc or gc/ms) and PCR analysis desirable

Winemaker – various levels from Assistant to Principal Private Industry (many different companies in Australia and New Zealand) Tertiary degree Knowledge of all aspects of winemaking & winery management; requires initiative & communication skills
Cellar Operations Supervisor Private Industry None specified Understanding of all aspects of winemaking, equipment & operational procedures
