Dutschke Wines

We are a small family winery in the Barossa – just myself, my husband Wayne who is the winemaker and a cellarhand.  We are looking for somebody who would be interested in an opportunity in a small winery learning all the ins and outs of the wine industry.  Currently I am basically the business manager looking after all aspects of the business aside from the winemaking.    I’m looking for somebody who can assist me in the day to day running of the business and in 6-8 months take over most of my role so I can go back to working part time and being a full time mum to our 2 kids (instead of the reverse!).   It could be a graduate or somebody who would like to work part time while finishing their studies, and then slot into a full time role.
