Postgraduate Symposium

The first School Annual Postgraduate Symposium will be held on 30 September and 1 October in the Plant Research Centre auditorium, Waite Campus.

This symposium provides a forum for students who began their candidature in 2007 or earlier to give an update on their research, in preparation for the 2008 Annual Review of Progress.

Presentations have been grouped into themes, aligned with research strengths represented on the Waite and Roseworthy campuses. These sessions will be chaired by members of the AgPOGS Committee. The discipline groups and several professional societies have kindly agreed to sponsor lunch and tea breaks and provide prizes.

We invite all research students, supervisors and colleagues at co-location partners on both Waite and Roseworthy campuses to attend.

Eileen Scott, on behalf of the School Postgraduate Committee.
