The Irrigation Assocation of Australia Prize

The Irrigation Assocation of Australia Prize

The Irrigation Association of Australia has undertaken to provide annually a prize in irrigation technology and the following rules are made.

  1. The prize will be known as ‘The Irrigation Association of Australia Prize for Irrigation Technology’.
  2. The prize shall be awarded to the student in the Bachelor of Agriculture program who is the best student who completed the subjects specified for the Horticulture/Irrigation Stream.
  3. Where two or more candidates for the prize are of equal merit the Faculty will advise the Association with a view to having two (or more) medallions made.
  4. If in any year the Faculty considers that no candidate is of sufficient merit no award shall be made.
  5. These rules may be varied from time to time by the Faculty in consultation with the Association but the title and purpose of the award shall not be changed.
