Online enrolment

The University’s online enrolment site, http://www.adelaide.edu.au/enrol, provides general information about the process of online enrolment. Students should consult this site first in order to understand the process and learn what will be required to enrol online.

Please refer to the information on Electives, Prerequisites and Corequisites to ensure that you are enrolling in the correct course.

All students, with the exception of external international students, are able to enrol in their courses online through Access Adelaide.

At the end of the 2nd week of each semester, students are no longer able to enrol into courses online but are required to complete a Course Add form that needs to be signed by the relevant Course Co-ordinator before it is handed in to the Student Services Team or the Faculty of Sciences Office. Please note that course co-ordinators may not allow you to enrol past this date as required components of courses may have already been completed.

Internal international students are reminded that there are possible implications to their student visa if they enrol in external courses. International students should contact the International Student Centre to ensure that their enrolment complies with their visa requirements.

Log onto Access Adelaide and view:

• Your enrolment details for any term
• Your semester timetable
• Your unofficial transcript
• Your personal details, including your name, address and telephone numbers
• The fees, charges and payments on your University account
• Your exam schedule (available prior to exams)

External international students are required to manually enrol into their courses each semester. Students will need to complete the Course Add form (pdf 154kB) and return it to the Student Services Team (facsimile number +61 8 83037291) who will obtain the required course co-ordinator signature. Please note that course co-ordinators may not allow you to enrol past the second week of semester as required components of courses may have already been completed.

All students should be aware of Academic, Census and Critical dates with regards to enrolments and the implications of what happens at each date.
