Wine ChemistryIn 2006 The University of Adelaide appointed Professor Dennis Taylor to the Chair of Oenology to head up a new Grape and Wine Chemistry group, which is currently located in rooms 1.86/1.85 of the Plant Research Centre. Professor Taylor is also the Head of the Discipline of Wine and Horticulture and an Adjunct Professor of Organic Chemistry within the Chemistry Discipline. The research conducted within this group is principally funded through the Grape and Wine RDC (GWRDC) and the Australian Research Council (ARC) with strong support from the Faculty of Science and the School of Agriculture, Food and Wine.
